　留学先であるA大学医学部脳神経外科では、脳神経外科手術を幅広く行なっているため、これら手術および病棟での周術期管理について、許される範囲で参加する。特に、後頭蓋窩の手術と機能的脳神経外科手術については、当院での診療を念頭に置き、積極的にディスカッションする。また、現在研究中の術式Bに関しては、検査所見や患者背景などに着目し、フランス人と日本人の違いについて考察する。さらに、A大学は来年開催される脳神経外科学会を主催する予定なので、この学会へも積極的に参加して見聞を広める。

Department of neurosurgery of Medical School at A University, where I study abroad, operates wide range of neurosurgical procedures. Therefore, I will participate such surgeries as well as perioperative managements at hospital wards within the permissible scope. I will discuss proactively regarding posterior cranial fossa surgery and functional neurosurgery, keeping the medical practice at our hospital in my mind. In addition, I will examine the differences between French and Japanese in respect to the B operative method, which is currently under study, by focusing attention on findings on the examinations and patient backgrounds. Furthermore, as A University plans to host neurosurgery academic conference next year, I will participate the academic conference actively and broaden my knowledge.
