ネットショップにはミドルサイズの商品の登録はまだありません。

もしオーダーされていない場合はどの様に注文したら良いか教えて下さい。

My partner Ken has placed an order on 12/14 , I have received following email from you regarding the same.

However , I was worried whether the order was placed correctly so I asked to confirm it once again.

Contents of the order are as follow.

On the Online shop middle size products are not registered yet.

In case if order is not placed then please tell me to whom I should contact.

Is it possible to place an order of different size on online shop and then change it by contacting to your person in charge ?
