おそらく日本国内のクライミングジムが発注を代行したのだと思います。
クライミングジムがどこかわかれば直接アプローチできるのですが、
今回のような場合は難しいと思います。

弊社経由で販売できると嬉しいのですが、
私たちはBuddaholdsが日本市場に普及することも願っています。
今回はJISA経由で販売するのも良いのかと思います。

Probably a climing gym in Japan asked the agent to order on behalf of them.
If I can identify that gym, I can directly approach, however, cases like this is difficult.

I'll be happy if they can be sold through us, but we also hope that Buddaholds will be popular in Japan as well. This time I guess it's good to sell through JISA, too.
