2010年に納入された製品は、DEが90%に達していなかった。
製品によってかなりばらつきがあるが、その理由を知りたい。

-Why is a problem that occurred in the past reoccurring?
If possible, we would like to visit the actual production site.

-We noticed that the products delivered in 2009 had 90% DE but the products delivered in 2010 had less than 90% DE.
The fluctuation is large between various products and we would like to know the reason.

-Have you ever done durability testing or something similar in the past?
