As said I tested the Quad 44 on my system and all was ok. This Quad 44 was used since new and no fault has ever been had. It must be remembered, the Quad 44 is over 30 years old, and as described in my description of the unit, it has never been updated or serviced. I am an Audio Visual Engineer, and have been for 40 years, I would not send the buyer equipment that was faulty.
