I am so sorry. Can you send it back to me and I will issue you a refund? This is no fun for either of us. I'm sure you are as disappointed as I am.
Is anything operating? Does the unit power up? When you hit the open button is there any sound like the drawer is trying to open, or does it make no sound at all? I am baffled by this.
