Regarding your email sent outside Ebay messaging. The item was accurately described and working as described when shipped. Our return policy was clearly stated in the listing "Because of limited testing being sold with no guarentees other than what is described above, ASIS no returns." In addition for returnable items our standard inspection return policy is 3 days. You received this item on Nov 30 and it is now Dec 10. Even if this item were covered for returns it is 7 days beyond the 3 days we allow. I am sorry but because of this we cannot accept this item for return. If you feel the item was damaged in shipping you can submit a claim to UPS. Regards
