If you open the package and wear it even just once, we don't consider it as brand new. Our full refund policy requires that the product have to be in the original selling condition. Also, returning a product takes customs duty for importing, shipping cost within Japan and returning fee to the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot cover all these fee. We charge 20% even for an unopened product. Therefore we will refund you $695.20. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returns. We hope you will understand the situation.
