事務局は、会員により免責されたいかなる懸案に関し、それを管理する権利および自らを守る権利を有する。問題への抗弁に関し、会員は事務局に協力することに同意する
また会員は回線の不具合/ハードウェアの不具合/ソフトウェア上の不具合など、すべてのシステム的な不具合について保証されない事に同意する

第5条 規約
規約は、会員への告知無しに変更されることがある

1.次に掲げる事由があるときは、サービスを中断または停止することがある。

Office shall have the right to control and defend itself in connection with any concerns exempted by Members. Member agree to cooperate with Office's defense when Office has such a problem.
Member also agree that no failure of the system is guaranteed such as failure of lines, hardware or software.

Article 5. Bylaws
The bylaws may be changed without giving notice to Members.
