お届けが遅れましたこと、たいへん申し訳ありませんでした。
2週間程度で到着する予定でしたが、カナダ国内への通関検査で5日以上の日数を要し、お届けが遅れてしまったようです。

弊社は、新品をお届けしたと認識しております。輸送または、通関検査時に商品に故障が発生した可能性がございます。
スクラッチ、故障箇所の写真をお送りください。弊社で確認できましたら、送料を含めた弁償を検討いたします。

We are truly sorry for the delay.
It was supposed to arrive within two weeks, but it took more than 5 days examining it at the Canadian domestic customs clearing, which caused the delay of arrival.

We believe we sent you a brand-new product. It might have been damaged while it was shipped or when it was examined at the customs.
We would appreciate if you could send us the picture of where it is scratched or damaged. We will verify the picture and consider refunds including the shipping fee.
