お届けが遅れましたこと、たいへん申し訳ありませんでした。
2週間程度で到着する予定でしたが、カナダ国内への通関検査で5日以上の日数を要し、お届けが遅れてしまったようです。

弊社は、新品をお届けしたと認識しております。輸送または、通関検査時に商品に故障が発生した可能性がございます。
スクラッチ、故障箇所の写真をお送りください。弊社で確認できましたら、送料を含めた弁償を検討いたします。

We am very sorry that the arrival was late.
It was expected to arrive in about 2 weeks, but it looks like the arrival was late because the product spent more than 5 days in Canadian customs.

Our firm recognises that we sent you a new product. There is a possibility that an accident happened to the product during transport or while in customs.
Please send a photo of the parts of the product that are scratched or broken. After our firm confirms it, we will consider a refund with postage included.
