本日商品を受取りました。中身を確認したところ、ギターの弦が１本切れており、切れた弦がボディに接触したせいで、ボディにいくつか傷がついていました。ギターはハードケースに入っておりましたので、輸送中に起こったとは考えにくく、輸送前からの不良品であったと考えられます。あなたに責任がないことは十分承知しておりますが、可能であれば、メーカーであるテイラーにクレームをしていただけないでしょうか？新品で売ることはできませんので、せめて修理費分の金額を割引していただけると幸いです。

I received the item today. When I checked inside, one of the guitar strings was broken. Due to the broken string rubbing onto the body, there are some scratches. The guitar was in a hard case so it is hard to believe that it happened during transportation. I think it may have been defected before transportation. I am pretty sure that you are not responsible for it but if possible, could you make a claim to the maker's tailor? Since I cannot sell this as a new product, I would really appreciate it if you could discount the price for the repair.
