Order number:1111について、今どのような状況になっているか教えて下さい。
11月1日に注文しましたが、その後いまだにペイパルのステータスが"Pending"になっているのに気が付きました。
ペイパルに直接問い合わせすると、相手側が送金を受け取っていないだけだと言っていました。
ですが、支払い手続き中にエラーが表示されてしまったので、こちら側の問題ではないかと心配しています。
ご確認お願いいたします。

Can you let me know how my order(Order number:1111) is going now?
I placed the order on Nov.1st, but the status on Paypal is still "Pending".
I asked Paypal what it means, then they replied me it means the receiver has not received the money yet.
I remember there was a error displayed when I proceeded the payment, so it might be something problem around that.
Can you check it, please?
Anyway, I would rather like to ask you to arrange the cancellation for that order so that I can replace the order, which would be easier way.
