Hi, my name is Tanaka, and I work at Heisei Trading Co., Ltd.
We are seeking for a supplier with whom we are able to expect a good and long-lasting business relationship as well as periodic transactions, because we just set up a new import department.
We're afraid for this sudden request but we would like to ask you to sell us 10 pcs of (商品名) for 10,000 yen. How does it all sound?
Thank you for your attention on this matter and we await your reply.
Best regards

Excellent!
Advise from a native:
I think 'seeking for' should be 'seeking'. You don't need the 'for'.
