若いころは不安だらけだったが、それを隠そうと虚勢をはって、身も心もボロボロだった。楽しい思い出より辛い思い出の方が多い。体は今より健康だったけど、もうあの頃に戻りたいとは思わない。

これから先、どんな４０代を迎えようか？と、色々考えたが、将来どうなるかなんて分からない。だから、あまり深く考えないようにした。今を生きよう。

４０代はこれで行こうと思う。

When I was young, I was full of worries, but I felt exhaust physically as well as emotional as I tried to hide them. I have bitter memories more than pleasant ones. Back then I was healthier, but I have no desire to go back to that era.

"From now on, how do I deal with my forties?" I have give it much thought, but no one knows what the future holds. So I won't think about it too much. Let's live in the present.

Not in the future, not in the past, living in the present.

This is the motto that I will live by in my forties.
