STARTボタンを押して計測が始まるまで、指定した秒数のカウントダウンが始まります。鞄やポケットなど、お使いの端末を収納するまでの誤計測防止にお使い下さい。

- 日付の自動更新
日付の自動更新をONに設定した場合、計測中に日付をまたいだ場合に自動で日付が切り替わるようになります。
OFFに設定した場合、STOPボタンが押されるまでは計測開始時の日付が継続されます。

※ 長時間のバックグラウンド計測はバッテリーとメモリを大きく消費します。
