ほうじ茶は、その日の天候や湿度で炒り加減が全然変わってきます。毎日その日にあった火加減や焙煎時間、機械の回転数を変えていつも変わらない香ばしいほうじ茶を作って、お客様にお届けするよう日々務めています。お茶を淹れて飲む習慣が、家庭からなくなってきています。ペットボトルのお茶を温め直して飲んだりもするみたいです。大切な子供の時期から美味しいお茶を飲んで、またその子供が大人になったら、自分の子供に美味しいお茶を淹れてあげる習慣が続いて欲しいです。
