How to prepare: For a tea pot, place one tea bag into a tea pot, pour hot water, let it steep for 3 - 4 minutes, and then enjoy. It makes a couple of servings of pot as long as the tea has a color and flavor. For boiling, put one tea bag per one liter of hot water, boil for 3 - 4 minutes and enjoy. Add more tea bag(s) according to the amount of hot water. To serve cold, let the boiled tea cool down enough before putting it in the refrigerator. Ingredients: Hatomugi(Coix Lacryma-jobi), green tea, Senna tea, Oolong tea, Pu’er tea, Dokudami(Houttuynia cordata), asiatic plantain, turmeric, gymnema sylvestre, and litchi.
