送料は、発送したときに、私がきちんと払いました。
日本からイギリスに発送しましたので、送料とは別に、おそらく、関税を請求されたのだと思います。
関税は、世界中共通で、受け取り側が支払う事になっていてどうしようもありません。

I properly paid for shipment when I dispatched it. Since I dispatched it from Japan to the UK, I suppose that you might have been charged customs on it besides the shipping fee. It is common all over the world that customs should be paid by a recipient. There is nothing I can do about it.
