私は２件のクレームを出しました。下記がAWB番号になります。9451703940・9452351926。まだ、何も解決していません。
日本語での問い合わせが可能と言って出来なかったり、荷物事故があってもそのままで、問い合わせしたら何の件かわからない・・おかしくありませんか？私は月に５回程度利用しています。お金も払っています。しっかり対応してください。当然の責任かと思います。しっかりとしたお返事お待ちしています。

You said you accept inquiries in Japanese which you actually can't, you don't take any actions for problems in shipping, then I contacted you and you didn't know what was going on.. something is wrong, don't you think?
