日本に進出するインドのIT企業が、日本市場攻略の協力を目的に結成された組織です。業界大手のタタ・コンサルタンシー・サービシズやインフォシスも含め、44のIT企業が加入しています。ただ、2、3年前まではインド人が参加者の大半を占めていましたが、今では日本人参加者が大半を占めています。

How is the relationship between Japanese companies and Indian ones? We interviewed Mr. Harsh Obra, the presentative of India IT Club, who also works on the front line as a business consultant.

Q: What is India IT Club?
It is an organization founded by Indian IT companies in order to enter the Japanese market effectively. It counts 44 members, including major firms such as Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys. Although most members were Indian companies a few years ago, currently the majority of its participants are Japanese.
