Traditionally, India has exported iron ore and raw cotton. India has started exporting to Japan in the 1950s, supporting Japan's rapid economic growth. Additionaly, the other exported goods from India include gold, jewelry, and food such as curry. Also, since 1994 Indian has started exporting IT (software), which has been a popular topic in the conversation.
Q: How are Japanese companies entering the Indian market?
They have had trouble approaching the market. Japanese products are too expensive for Indian consumers.
