黄金ほうじ茶二度炒り自立て。毎日、手間ひまかけて丹念に炒られたほうじ茶です。香ばしい香りが店中に広がり、一気に冷まして香りを閉じ込め、お客様の元にお届けします。カフェインやタンニンが少ないので刺激が少ないお茶です。

1)お茶の葉を急須に入れます。5人分で約15g。大きめのスプーン2~3杯。
2)急須にお湯を入れます。お湯の温度はポットの保温か熱湯を入れてください。待ち時間は30秒程度。
3)お茶は廻し注ぎで均等に入れる。最後に絞り切るのが大事。(急須に水分を残さない)

Double loasted Golden Hojicha. This hojicha is carefully loasted every day. The pleasant aroma of tea spread in the store, let a tea cool quickly to seal an aroma and deliver to a customer. This tea is very few stimulative because of containing small amount of caffeine and tannin.

1)Put Hojicha leaves in a pot. 15g of leaves serve 5 cup of tea. Table spoon 2 or 3.
2)Pour hot water in a pot. Use water from electric water boiler or boiling water. Leave the tea to infuse for 30 second.
3)Pour tea little by little in each cups equaly in turn. It is important to pour out all water. (Do not leave water in a pot)
