Additional info: アメリカのネットショップへのメールです。買った商品が届かないという件で以前にも何度か連絡をとっています。前回あちらから来たメールでは、届かない場合返金しますと言っていました。

こんにちは。先日注文した「Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant」のBAGは10月27日に受け取りました。でも、やっぱり以前注文した方のバッグは届きません。もう1ヶ月以上経つのでおそらく輸送中にどこかで紛失したのかもしれません。とても残念です。できたらそのバッグの返金をお願いいたします。返金の為にこちらから何かお伝えする事はありますか？

Hello. The 'Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant' BAG which I recently ordered arrived on October 27th. But, as expected, the BAG which I ordered before has not arrived. As more than a month has passed, it may have somehow been lost in transit. It's a real shame. If possible, I would like a refund for the bag. Is there anything I need to tell you in order to get the refund?
