Additional info: アメリカのネットショップへのメールです。買った商品が届かないという件で以前にも何度か連絡をとっています。前回あちらから来たメールでは、届かない場合返金しますと言っていました。

こんにちは。先日注文した「Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant」のBAGは10月27日に受け取りました。でも、やっぱり以前注文した方のバッグは届きません。もう1ヶ月以上経つのでおそらく輸送中にどこかで紛失したのかもしれません。とても残念です。できたらそのバッグの返金をお願いいたします。返金の為にこちらから何かお伝えする事はありますか？

Hello. I ordered "Oh So Hollywood Clutch in mutant" BAG and received it on October 27th. However, the bag I ordered before that never arrived. It has been more than a month, so probaboly the bag was lost somewhere in transportation. I feel so sad. If possible please refund the amount for that bag. Is there anything that I should inform you about to receive refund?
