点灯時に少しずつふんわりと明るくなるようプログラミングされており、日本のグッドデザイン賞や、ドイツのred dot design award 2012を受賞している。
同製品はBSIZEというメーカーが開発しているが、驚くべきは、代表の八木が一人で企画、回路／筐体設計・試作、耐久試験・評価、量産設計、梱包デザインに至るまでの全ての工程をこなしていることであり、そのため、同社は「一人家電メーカー」と呼ばれている。
