先日、商品（LEGO SET EIFFEL TOWER）を購入させて頂いたのですが、新品という表示にも関わらず、見るからに中古品の商品が届きました。袋が開いていて、中身が飛び出ていたりもしました。
梱包も汚く、全てが雑すぎます。

早急に、商品の返品・返金をお願いします。

もし、返品・返金して頂けないような場合は、こちらでebayへ連絡をして、欠陥商品を受け取ったことを報告させていただきます。

お客様にも連絡しないといけないので、早急にお返事お待ちしています。

I purchased an item (LEGO SET EIFFEL TOWER) the other day. It was described as a new product, however, it apparently looked an used one. Its package was opened and some contents were coming out from the package.
Everything was awful, including too rough packaging.

Please resend the item or refund as soon as possible.
In case you can't deal with it, I will inform ebay that I received a item with defect from you.

I want you to reply as rapidly as possible, because I have to tell my customer as well.
