Additional info: 上と下は別のメールです。「oh so Hollywood 」という名前のBAGを購入した通販サイトからのメールです。以前買った商品が届かないのでアメリカの郵便局へ調査の依頼をしていました。その件と、新たな商品を購入したのでその発送についての件です。

Since we are sold out of oh so Hollywood navy plaid I cannot replace it but I will gladly refund you. As for the tracking on first class international we can only track to US customs and the bag left for Japan on sept. 26th. Please let me know if the bag arrives with the next few days otherwise I will send you a refund.
