We had scheduled your previous order to ship today. However, that was with cranes from a substitute manufacturer as we are waiting on a large shipment from our regular manufacturer. We just received notice that the shipment will be delivered tomorrow, so we would like to wait and fill both of your orders with the cranes from the new shipment we receive tomorrow. They are a bit better quality than the cranes from the substitute manufacturer. (We will be using a new substitute manufacturer if needed next time.) Please let me know if it is okay to wait and ship both orders together next week.

お客様の前回の注文は今日発送する予定でしたが、それは代理のメーカーさんによるクレーンを使用しております。我々は今、本格のメーカーさんからの大量の輸送をお待ちしております。大量の輸送は明日に届くである通知を受けたばかりで、できれば我々は明日届く輸送を待ってお客様の前回と今回の注文をそのクレーンで発送すると思っております。明日届くクレーンの品質は代理のメーカーのクレーンと比べてより良いです。（次回別の代理のメーカーを使用する予定です。）もし我々がもう少し待ってお客様の2つの注文を来週に発送することが良ければ連絡をください。
