paypalから”unconfirmed”の件について回答がありました。
アメリカ、カナダ、イギリス以外のユーザーはすべて”unconfirmed”と表示されるそうです。
以前の私のアカウントで”confirmed”と表示されていたのは、paypalのシステムエラーだそうです。
問題は解決していますので、次の支払いはあなたの都合のいい方で結構です。

Regarding the "unconfirmed" status, I have gotten an answer from paypal.
Users that are from any countries other than America, Canada and England, will all be shown as "unconfirmed".
Where by my account was shown as "confirmed" earlier, seems like it was paypal's system error.
Since the issue has been resolved, don't mind you making the next payment whenever it is convenient for you.
I got to get to work right after this, I would appreciate if you could just reply in simple english. Thank you.
