以下の文章は現在私が契約をしている人のアドレスを送って貰った時の文面です。この様に送って頂けると、私は非常に仕事がはかどり助かります。

過去の貴方の仕事を拝見すると非常に良い仕事していることが伺えます。

マニュアルと貴方がリサーチをしたレポートを私に送るためのエクセルファイルを箱に設置しました。

始めの2行サンプルで、契約者の方がリサーチしたレポートの許諾とそれのコメントです。

特に初めのころは私の考えを理解してもらい、お互いの意思の疎通を張るために毎日リサーチの結果を報告して下さい

The following is the sentence which was used when sending the address of my present contractor. If you can also send it like this, it will be very helpful and I can get more work done.

In reviewing your past performance at work, we found out that you have left a wonderful result.

We have prepared a manual and a spread sheet (excel file) in the box. You can use this spread sheet to send your research report.

The first 2 lines are samples, a license for the research report prepared by the contractor and their comments.

Please try to understand my idea, especially in the beginning, and send me the result of the research every day in order to communicate and understand each other.
