他のセラーは、送料無料としている場合はすべて送料無料の価格で取引をしています。
こちらも送料無料の価格で計算をしているので、ここで送料分を請求されると
また計算が変わってきてしまいます。
金額を訂正してインボイスを送り直してください。
送り直してくれたら、ただちに決済をさせて頂きます。

I was just going to complete the payment and I have a question regarding the price.
On the ebay website it appears that all shipping is free but i'm charged for shipping.
All other sellers don't charge for shipping when they state shipping is free.
I calculate the price without shipping and the total amount would be different if you charge for shipping.
Please send me another invoice with a corrected price.
