Additional info: イーベイにて8月に万年筆を（新品・箱・保証書（ガイドブック）付）購入。しかし新品ではなく中古で、保証書（ガイドブック）が付いていなかった。ペン本体は中古だが良しとした。保証書（ガイドブック）は再度送ってくれるようお願いをした。

I would like to resolve this but have had a difficult time understanding the problem.

You have had the pen for almost two months and I strongly feel you should have returned it as soon as you received it if you were not happy with it instead of using it for two months and now wanting to return the item. I had this listed as US only yet you still bid ignoring the listing requirements and I still sent you the pen after you won the auction.

I would be more than happy to send you another guide book for the pen if this will avoid a dispute and make you happy with your purchase.

約2ヶ月間、お手元にペンを持っていらしたとのことですが、ご不満な点があるのであれば、2ヶ月使用し、今から商品の返却を待つのではなく、受け取り次第できるだけ早くご返却いただければよかったと切に思います。オークションには米国内限定の商品として掲載していたのですが、掲載条件を無視して入札されていました。それでもオークションで落札されたのでこのペンを発送いたしました。
