I use the goods today.

In your description, the operation should be smoose but I cannot use the clutch at all and cannot use it as reel.

And the white rust in the handle is ok as it was shown by picture in ebay but white rust in the spoor was not described with your explanation so I am upset with it.

Today I bring it to repair and request the repairment of cluth part and it is said that it will cost $50.

If you refund $60 for repairment, I will put you the positive evaluation but if you would not, I will put you a negative evaluation.
