今回のギターの件、大変申し訳ございません。
私のミスでご迷惑をお掛けしました。
今後の対処について、２つあります。
１、私が代金を返金して、ギターをこちらに返送していただく。
２、いくらかの金額を返金して割引という形で、そのまま
商品を購入していただく。
私が考えているのは、この２つのどちらかです。
どちらかを選んでいただけないでしょうか？
それとも、他に希望の方法があればお聞かせください。
私の不注意であなたに不快な思いをさせてしまい
本当に反省しています。

I would like to take either one of two actions below to solve this case.
1. I refund you the full amount and you return the guitar to me.
2. I refund you partially and you buy and keep the guitar.
