Hello, I am A, and I have booked a group stay at your hotel for 2 nights, starting from tomorrow, 20 September. As it will be my first visit to Switzerland, I am really looking forward to it.

According to the travel agency, there are some rooms in your hotel where it might not be possible to borrow hair dryers. If possible, could we borrow hair dryers for the 2 nights starting from the 20th? (It's alright if this is not possible.)
