For CP operation, implementation of following PDCA cycle is important.
Clarifying the agenda and implementing the effective solution consistently. At the same time, the situation must to be monitored all the time and review the approach if there is any issue. The result should be reviewed and verify whether the approach was appropriate or not.
Upon verification, implement an approach in order to achieve the goal.
Consider the possibility of stop the approach in case no outcome or significance is seen.
