返送手続きに時間が掛かり申し訳ございません。
商品返送の際の御社電話番号をお聞きしておりませんでした。

当初、弊社CA支店より返送させていただく予定でございましたが、
現在返送商品(液晶初期不良商品)は、日本にあります。
その為、直接日本から御社返送先住所まで商品を返送させていただきたいと思います。

At first we planned to make the return from our CA branch, but as of now the item to be returned (i.e., the item whose liquid crystal display had problems from early on) is in Japan.
Because of that, it would be most helpful if you could provide a mailing address to which we can send the item directly from Japan.
