マウスパッドについてですが、おそらく日本のユーザーはマウスパッド無しの価格が安い方を購入するでしょう。
ただ、マウスの価格、新しいバージョンの価格にもよって変わってきます。現時点で言える事は、無いなら無いで構いませんが、注文する可能性もあるという事だけです。

Please send me the pdf data of the manual in English, by attaching it to an e-mail.
We will make the manual in Japanese and include it in the box of the product.
If you have the old version manual, please send it to me, too.

As for the mouse pad, I suppose that Japanese users would prefer without a mouse pad because that is less expensive.
But that depends on the prices of the mouse and the new version. One thing that I can surely say currently is that we do not mind if the mouse pad is not included, but there is a possibility that we may order it.
