とても残念です。私は出張などでカメラを開封できていませんでした。私はマニュアルモードでチェックをしたが問題ありませんでした。しかし念の為、使用前に専門店で動作確認をしてもらったら発覚しました。ちゃんとそこまでチェックしましたか？ebayに報告して頂いて結構です。当方も記載内容と違うものを販売していたとクレームをださせて頂きます。とても残念ですが第３者にあとは委ねましょう。今回の取引はとても残念でしたが、今回のご縁には感謝致します。ありがとうございます。

To my regret, I could not open the camera because I was out of home for business trip. I checked it at the “manual mode” and found no problem, but just to be safe, I asked a professional camera shop to check it and the problem was revealed. Did you check to that professional level? You can file a claim to ebay if you want to do so, but I will also file a claim, claiming that you were selling an item which was different from your description. It is very regretful, but let’s leave this case in the third party’s hands. This case was unfortunate, but I was glad to have contact with you. Thank you.
