お取引の説明の補足です。
今回のお取引は、とても高額な取引ですので、一度に26個の商品をお送り頂くのは、弊社にとって非常にリスクが高くなってしまいます。
私が実際に商品を見て、私が梱包できればよいのですが、弊社は日本にあるため、それができません。
私は、最初の取引で、商品に破損がないか、次の発送の際に梱包についてお客様にお願いする点がないか確認する必要があります。
最低でも2回に分けてのお取引が必要です。

Let me add something to explain our trading please.

Since the market this time is so high cost that it will have a great risk for our company to send 26 items at one time.

I wish I myself could put them into a package by getting clearer look at them, though, since our company is located in Japan, I am afraid I can not do so.

At the first trading, I need to make sure that there will not be any breakage of the items, and also I need to find if there will be some requests regarding the next shipment to customers.

Thus, we need to have dispatch at least twice.

If there is some breakage of an item found at first, we might need to conduct tradings divided three times.
