先日下記商品を１０点購入いたしました。
内１点の商品ですが、初期不良商品がでありました。
液晶がしましまになっており、映りません。
14日の返品期間は過ぎておりますが、交換等の手続きを希望いたします。

交換手続き及び送付先のご住所も教えて頂けますでしょうか。

To whom it may concern,
I purchased the following items out of 10 the other day.
However, one of the products has an initial failure.
The LCD flickers and doesn't display.
The 14-day return policy has been expired, but I would like to request for an exchange.
It would be grateful to receive a good reply since I believe we will further continue to deal with it on a daily basis in the near future.
