注文した17個が一度に届くと思っていましたが、残りはいつ届くのですか？
もし時間がかかるようなら、到着日がはっきりしている数量だけ代金をお支払いし、残りの数量分は返金して欲しいです。
どのような状況かお知らせ下さい。

I received 5 of the items I ordered today. Thank you.
I thought all 17 of them will arrive at the same time. When can I expect to receive the rest?
If it will take a long time, I will pay for the ones which I received and the ones which are already shipped, but would like to cancel the rest and receive a refund.
