What’s interesting here is that the photo session takes place in the web browser on the receiving end. Your friend receives a URL where they can view that photo slideshow. The app has just launched, and is supported with minority investment from Japanese social gaming giant GREE (TYO:3632). The founder and CEO of Dabkick, Balaji Krishnan, noted in the announcement:
