I can always issue a refund for you.
Our description on custom duty might be insufficient. I'll correct it immediately.

Usually I issue a refund after receiving the item back, however, I offer following.

A. Upon receiving the item, I'll issue a refund. This includes the full price of the item, shipping fee and return shipping.

B. You don't return the item. I'll refund a half of the price of the item immediately.
