私の親しい友人である医師がバイアル瓶を持って私のもとへ聞いてきたので、アンジー様へご相談させて頂いた次第で御座います。
その友人が言うには、バイアル瓶の容器の内容量のうち全てパウダーが内容されているのかと思ったら、瓶の下部のところに厚さ２～３ミリほどパウダーが内容されていたそうで、これはどうして瓶の容量の全てにパウダーが入っていないのか、２～３ミリほどしか入っていないのは間違った製品なのではないか聞いてほしいと頼まれた次第で御座います。

Dear Angie,
One of my friend also the doctor brought a vial jar to me and I decided to ask you.
My friend said that he/she thought the jar was full with powder but there was only about 2 - 3 mm pile of powder in the bottom. He/she was wondered how come the jar wasn't full of powder and he/she asked me to inquire at you if it's wrong products because it has only 2-3 mm pile of powder.
I know you're busy and this causes you trouble but please cooperate with me and reply this e-mail.
