Summary of activities and commendation as JUGAS president/vice president

Participated in “Japan and Singapore symposium” as a representative of Singapore to exchange opinion in wide range such as East Asia local financial unifier, terrorist measures, a security pact. (2001, 2006)

When the then Prime Minister Koizumi came to Singapore, talked with him about “the exchange year between Japan and Singapore” (2002)

Won the Foreign Minister commendation for supporting oversea student in Japan, being recognized contribution toward mutual understanding promotion between Japan and Singapore through exchanging support among ex-oversea students. (2005)

Published an essay about “A Proposal for Japanese oversea student policy at “Gaiko Forum” which is the only specialized magazine to deal with diplomatic issues and diplomatic relations argument.(2008)

Talked with The then Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuta at his official residence about “Japanese oversea students accepting system in the future” (2008)
