日本で唯一の外交問題・国際関係論専門「外交フォーラム」に「日本の留学生政策への提言」というテーマで論文発表。（2008年）
首相官邸にて福田康夫首相（当時）と「今後の日本留学生受け入れ体制」というテーマで懇談。（2008年）

Activity/commendation as JUGAS chairman and vice-chairman
He participated in "Japan and Singapore symposium" to exchange opinions of a wide field that the regional economic integration, the counter-terrorism, and the security etc. of east Asia as representative Singapore. (2006 and 2001)He had chatting by the theme "Age of Japan and the Singapore exchange" when Prime Minister Koizumi (at that time) visits Singapore (2002).
He won Foreign Minister commendation with his devoting to promoting of making mutual understand of Japan and Singapore thorough promoting of study abroad in Japan, communication between students who came back from studying abroad and more. (2005)

He issued theory of which theme is "diplomatic forum" and "proposal to Japanese policy of foreign student". (2008)

He chatted with Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (at that time) in the theme of "Japanese international student preparation for reception in the future" in Prime Minister's Office. (2008)
