He graduated from Department of Engineering at Yokohama National University as a Singapore foreign student at government expense. Afterwards, he serves as Director of the trading firm through the Singapore Department of Defense. He participates in IBMsingapore from May, 2010. Moreover, as a person in charge of a former chairman (now he is a member) of JUGAS (Singapore stay in japan university graduate society), he has acted to achieve to "promoting making good friendship between Japan and Singapore".

He had been on the register in Japan HP for four years, and participates in IBM from June, 2010. He took charge of the planning, executing and settling of the imformation system of mainly the material, the chemical maker, the utility corporation, and the specialized trading company (steel), etc. Moreover, he took charge of the planning of a mid-term strategy of the IT section (out source use and IT trend application diagnosis) right under CIO.
