商品にエンジンオイルが付いているので、私のオフィスでは受け取ることができません。
お手数ですが、返送いたしますので商品を洗浄して再度同じ住所に送って頂けませんか？

また可能でしたら、日本のオフィスに送って頂きたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？
